Manage, Lead and Coach

Overview
In this seminar you will learn how to manage the operational day to day business as well as how to lead your unit into a successful future. We practice how to develop people with delegation, empowerment and coaching.

  • Apply effective prioritization tools

Duration: 3 days

Other requirements
Participants should already have some experience in managing people or should face that situation in the near future.

Target Group
Leaders, managers, supervisors, shift leaders, project leaders and anyone who is in charge of leading and developing people.

Language: English or German

Method/Format
The program is highly interactive and practical. Participants are given several opportunities to practice and receive feedback on where and how to improve their style of managing, leading and coaching. Profiling tools are used to provide further personal insights. Case studies and simulations are based around 'life' or 'lifelike' examples wherever possible.
