Vision and Strategy-Workshop

How to transform a conventional company into a sustainable business?
Innovative enterprises can change the world

In this program we develop a strategic plan to transform a conventional business in a sustainable company. In three active modules: Re-vision, Re-position and Re-structure we apply a strategic process to increase the attractiveness of the company for all involved stakeholders.

Modules and objectives

Module 1: Re-vision

  • Connecting with the origin of the company and the highest possible potential of the future
  • Creating a sustainable vision and mission based on core competences
  • Defining key areas for action and success criteria's

Module 2: Re-Position

  • Positioning the company with a sound analysis of the current situation, including benchmarking
  • Setting targets, performance indicators and measures
  • Determining value added potential and strategic advantages with a Cost-Benefit Analysis

Module 3: Re-Structure

  • Deriving a tailored sustainability- and communication strategy
  • Selecting the main focus areas
  • Creating a Balanced Scorecard
  • Defining a roll out plan to achieve buy in and commitment
  • Detailed implementation planning to anchor the new strategy in the organisation

Additional Information
We build on already existing EHS initiatives like ISO 14001, OHSAS or 18001, DIN EN 16001…
Optional we recommend to support the roll-out with an initial sustainability awareness training – SustainAwareness

During the facilitation of the workshops we work with the principle of equality, involvement and teamwork. Group work, practical examples and experiential learning events create a mixture of different approaches.
