B-SAFEnough = Psychological Safety – Definition:

Psychological safety has a crucial role in promoting mental health in teams and organisations. When employees feel psychologically safe, they can communicate more openly, report mistakes, contribute innovative ideas, take risks and share their contributions without fear of negative consequences.

B-SAFEenough is a management task. In this workshop, we will become aware of the influence managers have on psychological safety and practise psychologically safe behaviour.

B-SAFEnough for All – Skills for Self-regulation

Overview

Psychological safety is a management task, but to create a culture of B-SAFEnough, all employees are involved. Everyone can treat others in a safe way and use simple self-regulation tools to B-SAFEnough.

Ojectives:
