Apollo Root Cause Analysis™ – Facilitator Training

Overview

Apollo Root Cause Analysis™ is a principle-based problem solving method designed to help you master problem solving strategies. Combined with RC Pro® software, you can easily construct an evidence-based understanding of any problem. A logiocal understanding of causes and effects leads to effective solutions that are eliminating the recurrence of problems.

ARCA™ Facilitator Training provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively analyse problems. This course is ideal for anyone whose job involves problem solving.

Objectives of the training

• Knowledge of the Apollo Root Cause Analysis™ methodology
• Practise the 4 steps to effective problem solving
• Provide basic knowledge of the RC Pro® software
• Understanding and training of social skills (trust, psychological safety, group dynamics,…)

Facilitation of ARCA™ – investigations expert Led

Overview

We provide qualified and experienced investigators for incidents with fatal outcomes or near misses with potentially fatal outcomes. We are thoroughly trained in dealing with the traumatic effects on the employees involved.

The facilitation of an ARCA™ investigation includes:

• Preparatory meeting to clarify the investigation team, information required and time estimates.
• Conducting the investigation on site or online with the support of the RC Pro® software.
• Preparation of the final report and presentation to the management.
• Focus on psychological safety, a basis for honesty and openness, on which a thorough and successful investigation is based.
