Overview
ARCA™ Facilitator Training provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively analyse problems. This course is ideal for anyone whose job involves problem solving.
Objectives of the training:
- Knowledge of the Apollo Root Cause Analysis™ methodology
- Practise the 4 steps to effective problem solving
- Provide basic knowledge of the RC Pro® software
- Understanding and training of social skills (trust, psychological safety, group dynamics,…)
- Application of the method to your own practical examples and accreditation (on the optional 3rd day)
Approach
During the course, participants will apply everything learned to solve an exercise problem and each student will be given the opportunity to facilitate a group.
Target Group
Ideal for people who are likely to be leading and facilitating an Apollo Root Cause Analysis™ investigation and need to have a strong understanding of the methodology with interactive exercises.

- 2-days face-to-face classroom
